Ordering

All of the items on the Azra Chocolates website are handmade and made to order, we do not keep any stock. The large 3D shoes will require about 3 to 5 days of preparation, before they can be posted.

It is highly recommended that large corporate and wedding orders, to be placed at least three weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. There is always the possibility that we can have  your order delivered to you sooner than that. These times are general and we may need longer depending on the composition of the product purchased. As your chocolates are made very close to your event date, we advise that orders are made as early as possible to ensure we can fulfil your order requirements for your chosen date. During the busy season, in order for all Christmas orders to be delivered on time the cut-off date to place chocolate orders is 15th of December. For Valentine chocolate orders, the cut-off date is the 8th of February.
